You may update your details at any time, including yourname, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, password, deliveryaddress, and credit card information. After making changes, please click the “Save Changes” button atthe bottom right to update your information successfully.
How to Obtain and View Shopping Credits?
- Welcome Shopping Credit: Automatically credited to your accountupon first registration.
- Birthday Shopping Credit: Automatically issued on the 1st day ofyour birth month (based on the date provided during registration).
To view your credits: Log into your account → “My Account” →“Store Shopping Credit”.
The Welcome shopping credit is valid for 60 days. The Birthday shopping credit is valid for 31 days. When issuingthe birthday credit, the system checks whether more than one year has passedsince the last birthday credit was issued. If less than one year has passed,the credit will not be issued.
Can shopping credits be used in physical stores?
Welcome and birthday shopping credits are valid only on the Jayden& Miles official website.
How to use: After logging in, any available shopping credits willbe automatically deducted at the checkout page and reflected in the ordersummary.
