Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe : You may return products within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition : Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase : A receipt, invoice, delivery note, or other proof of purchase is required.
  • Exceptions : Custom-made, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a replacement or refund.
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
  • We will inspect the returned item and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us : Email us at cs@jayden-miles.com to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping : Pack the item securely and send it to us at Unit 8, 42/F, Metroplaza Tower II, Kwai Fong, NT, Hong Kong by courier, or return the item to our shop at 2/F, Wing On Plus (Nathan Road) in person within 14 days of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Inspection : We will inspect the returned item within 5 business days of receipt.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time : Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method : Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by cash in person.
  • Amount : The refund will cover the purchase price, excluding any non-refunded shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
