2. Delivery Options

  • International Delivery:
    • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days).
  • Shipping Partners: We use reliable couriers such as SF Express, etc.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Local Delivery:
    • Free shipping for Hong Kong and Macau deliveries.
  • International Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

4. Delivery Process

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local pickup point or returned to us. (The policy will depend on the courier company’s terms.)
  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong, including outlying islands, subject to extended delivery times.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes for certain products due to size or courier restrictions.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund in line with Hong Kong law.

8. Consumer Protection

  • This policy complies with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and other relevant Hong Kong laws.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer in Hong Kong are not affected by this policy.
